What information will I get after placing my order?

After an order is placed, we send out a couple of emails with shipping information:

  1. When the order is received (email including invoice and payment confirmation) &
  2. When the order has been shipped (you will get an email confirmation including your Canada Post tracking #).

Sometimes people don’t get shipping information and it’s usually because:

  • The email address was spelled incorrectly or
  • The spam filter of their email snatched our emails

To avoid having any issues just be sure to double check the spelling of your email address and check your spam box/junk folder if you think it’s been too long since you made your order to not have gotten a shipping update.
